Common Enquiries

FAQs

Does my child need a drawing tablet?

Yes, to ensure active conceptual participation. Writing math out by hand is vital for learning. We recommend budget options around $30.

Can you help with current school material or homework?

Absolutely. We can dedicate lesson time to clarifying difficult homework or prepping directly for upcoming school examinations.

Will my child receive homework?

Yes, a light 15-20 minute assignment is provided after most lessons to solidify critical structural concepts.

How often do you recommend lessons?

Most parents select 1 lesson per week for ongoing confidence and maintenance, or 2 for filling persistent conceptual gaps.

What happens if we miss a lesson?

With 24 hours' notice, we reschedule with no penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed fully to preserve tutor hours.

How does the free assessment work?

It's a calm, online 30-minute call. Tania greets the student, discusses goals, goes through several soft diagnostic problems, and suggests next steps.
